The Internal Audit stream provides you with an opportunity to develop your skills and the potential to accelerate into a future Internal Audit and Enterprise leadership role. This experienced-based approach to development provides exposure to various parts of RBC enabling you to build your skills, knowledge and capabilities.
About the rotations
In this stream, you will have the opportunity to work on complex assignments that will build your skills and knowledge within Internal Audit RBC businesses and accelerate your leadership capabilities. At least 2 rotations will be in Audit, followed by rotation in GRM, Finance or IT and at least one assignment will provide global experience. Each rotation should offer several aspects of the following types of learning:
Ability to influence without authority
End-to-end processing and operations
Execution/implementation of a key initiative
Exposure to key leaders
How RBC creates shareholder value
Knowledge of business specific and/or functional strategies
Opportunity for creativity and innovation, Organizational awareness
People management, Understanding of RBC enterprise strategy: how the whole is greater than the sum of its parts

Skills we are looking for
Recent graduates with MBA or other Master's degree
3+ years working experience
Diverse experience with 3+ years of continuous work experience in any industry (such as; consulting, entrepreneurship, technology, engineering).
Exceptional communication skills
Superior communication skills with strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
