RBC Leadership Development Program

The Enterprise stream will provide you with the unique opportunity to work on customized assignments aligned to business priorities and your career goals that can span across all businesses and functions at RBC. 

About the Rotations

You will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, researching new products and markets, structuring deals, assessing the company and industry risk and exploring strategic options for business growth. You will experience the challenges of working on complex business issues that require strategic thinking, creativity and strong business acumen.

Assignments

 Assignments may occur in any business or function across RBC, such as:
  • Personal & Commercial Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management & Insurance, RBC Ventures
  • Technology & Operations 
  • Functions (Risk, Finance, Enterprise Strategy, etc.) 

International Rotation
  • Given the international nature of our businesses, high-performers may have the opportunity to complete an international rotation in their third rotation in the program – this is based on business needs and is not guaranteed. 
  • Associates have previously completed assignments in the UK, USA and Asia.

Skills We Are Looking For

Master-level graduate
Recent graduates with MBA or other Master's degree.

3-7 years’ working experience
Diverse experience with 3-7 years’ of continuous work experience in any industry (such as: consulting, entrepreneurship, technology, engineering).

Exceptional ​​​​​​​communication skills
Superior communication skills, strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills and a passion for financial services.

Problem-solving ​​​​​​​skills
Ability to adapt quickly, deal with ambiguity, take initiative, and determine how best to add value within each assignment.

Leadership experience​​​​​​​
Proven leadership experience and a genuine desire to manage and lead others to achieve outstanding results.
