RBC’s Melissa Carvalho has been honoured as one of Canada’s 2021 Top 20 Women in Cyber Security by IT World Canada.

In her role as Vice President, Global Cyber Security – Identity and Access Management, Melissa drives RBC’s identity strategy and leads her team of more than 200 people to deliver critical services that keep RBC’s employees, clients and business secure. She is also the Canadian ambassador for Women in Identity, a non-profit that focuses on equality in the workforce.

The award, given by IT World Canada and the Women in Security & Resiliency Alliance, recognizes women who work in cyber security across private, public, not-for-profit and academic sectors.
