Who we are

Partnering across the enterprise, Strategy and Transformation Services (STS), a division within RBC, works to accelerate and enable business strategy, goals and transformation efforts, through an integrated suite of services focused on growth strategy, cost/efficiency strategy, business optimization, and transformational capability building.

Our mandate is to drive enterprise optimization and support business transformation at RBC, by using holistic approaches to solving the complex business issues with our partners in the platforms and functions and through building enduring partnerships, powered by a diverse talent pool with financial services and transformation expertise.
