Collision is BACK! We can’t wait to meet you.
After two years of hosting one of the world’s biggest tech conferences virtually, Collision is back in Toronto, and we couldn’t be more excited. From June 20 – 23, more than 33,000 attendees from over 140 countries are expected to come together at the Enercare Centre. The event will feature interactive booths and talks from leading tech companies, as well as opportunities for tech enthusiasts – from students to executives – to learn and grow their networks.
For RBC, an organization focused on technology, innovation and digital transformation, Collision is an opportunity to share our latest work with fellow industry greats, meet with tech partners and network with top tech talent from around the world.
Technology and innovation is crucial in enabling both individuals and businesses to operate in today’s economy. RBC’s unique perspective on the health of our communities across the country allows us to be a supportive partner for our clients, using technology in new ways to create opportunities and drive future success.
“Our Tech @ RBC employees apply imagination and insight to cutting-edge tech, creating products and services that have a meaningful impact,” says Emily Mercier, Vice President, Transformation and Chief Operating Officer, Technology & Operations. “Our community presence combined with our focus on innovation gives RBC a connection – a common thread – into how we are building through change as a country and a tech community. You’ll see this ‘common thread’ theme come to life at Collision through dynamic displays and storytelling that demonstrate how Tech @ RBC contributes to the fabric of Canada and the world.”
As Canada’s biggest bank, RBC takes its ability to connect communities seriously, and is committed to playing a leadership role in accelerating a more diverse and inclusive future. Not only is this an engine for innovation and economic prosperity, it also improves the technologies we build and the ways we can support the communities we serve. We celebrate the diverse people behind our ground-breaking ideas, and we work to remove biases and barriers to create a more equitable future.
RBC is proud to be a premium sponsor of Collision for the fourth consecutive year, as well as the leading Women in Tech Lounge sponsor. RBC’s booth will feature a number of stories on our latest projects from cybersecurity, digital and innovation, as well as a large scale interactive data visualization, demonstrating how RBC uses its scale to power insights and better serve clients. The lounge will provide a space to relax, network and hear from our female leaders and female-led partner organizations on how the future of technology is being built and shaped by inclusive groups.
