The Program offers post-secondary students full-time employment at RBC upon graduating. As a participant you’ll gain skills and develop your professional network while supporting the Personal or Commercial Banking businesses.
The application period is now closed.
Recruitment for the RBC Analyst program takes place once a year in the Fall and onboarding is in the following Summer.
The application process includes a virtual interview in the first round and an in-person interview in the final round.
Only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
The Program
You’ll join one of two streams: Data Analytics or General Management, supporting a line of business.

What You'll Do

Data Analytics Stream
- Scope, extract, and analyze data to deliver actionable insights that support the growth of our businesses.
- Leverage cutting edge Business Intelligence technologies and data tools.
- Work with data through various parts of the data life cycle (i.e. Build data pipelines, feature engineering, data deep dives, machine learning model development, etc.)
- Enhance communication and presentation skills through opportunities to present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

General Management Stream
- Collaborate with stakeholders in an agile work environment to build outstanding products, services, and campaigns.
- Leverage problem-solving and analytical skills using data to drive decision-making to enhance product performance.
- Develop project management skills to execute deliverables across a complex matrix of stakeholders. Champion collaboration and inter-departmental knowledge sharing.
- Enhance communication and presentation skills through opportunities to present product roadmaps, market research, and analyses to stakeholders.
