Backpack is a web application developed by students for students to enhance the internship or co-op experience at RBC. As a student, you can track your performance and set goals for the term to develop relevant skills and build the career you want.

How does backpack work?

At the beginning of the term, create a profile and set your goals with your manager.

During the term, complete surveys and share important notes about your experience with our Early Talent team.

At the end of the term, you will submit a self-assessment. Your manager will use this assessment to review your performance for the term.

After the term, you can continue to keep your information up-to-date and often high performing students on backpack are contacted for future roles at RBC!
